I know what it feels like to be running on autopilot — chasing goals, taking care of everyone else, and wondering when it’ll finally feel like enough. I’ve been there.
I started this work after my own burnout moment, when I realized that the life I was building looked good on paper, but didn’t feel like mine. Mindfulness helped me come back to myself — and now I help other women do the same.
My approach is gentle, realistic, and rooted in real life. No judgment. No pressure. Just space to breathe.

I started this work because I needed it myself.
A few years ago, I hit a wall. I was doing all the "right" things — busy, productive, always moving — but something felt off. I didn’t feel connected to my own life. I felt like I was drifting through it.
So I stopped. I got still. And everything changed.
