PERSONAL STORY
For years, I lived in my head — overthinking, overworking, overriding every signal my body gave me. It wasn’t until I fully burned out that I discovered the healing power of stillness, breath, and slow, intentional movement.
Yoga became more than a practice — it became my way of listening, releasing, and gently rebuilding my relationship with myself.
Today, I hold space for women who are navigating stress, change, or emotional disconnection. Together, we move with care. We breathe. We rest. We remember who we are.

I don’t believe in pushing through.
I believe in slowing down — so your body can feel safe again.
So your mind can soften.
So your nervous system can recalibrate.
This is yoga without pressure. Embodiment without expectations.
